Lawyers Newton Louis St Juste and André Michel have legally challenged the UN Secretary General to clarify whether Bill Clinton’s 18 months as Co-Chair of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC) from 2009 to 2011, while he was UN Special Envoy for Haiti, entitles him to UN privileges and immunities against prosecutions being considered in the courts of Haiti and other countries.
